The hotel was under renovation. The elevator was filthy I realize you are renovating some of the rooms but the elevator is disgusting. The air conditioning was so noisy, you could hardly sleep. Very surprised to see the condition of this hotel as most Sleep Inns are very nice.

The hotel was okay. When we got to the room, everything was nice and clean looking. Until we started getting settled in. There were 2 full beds plus a sofa bed. I was surprised when I got right to go the bed and took the cushions off of the sofa. Its shamful that they tried to hide the torn cushions. I know that sofa beds are not the best, but I made the best of it. The bathroom had mold on the walls, the toilet was cracked, and the bathroom door looked a mess. The breakfast was free and I see why. Not the best.

We stayed here as we flew out of Buffalo airport recently. We stayed the night before our trip and the night we returned as well. We used the park and fly which was a great deal. The parking is offsite but secure. They have breakfast which was decent. Our rooms were renovated and the shower had lots of pressure. The first night we stayed everyone was fantastic but on the night we returned the night shift personnel were pretty miserable. We would stay here again as it is a great deal.

We booked on Exp€dia, and got a decent rate. We were visiting friends nearby, and just chose this one for price and reviews. We booked a king bed room. Upon arrival, it was a little busy at check-in, but relatively quick. They were able to find our reservation without issue. We were on the second floor in 228. We were surprised to find that our room was quite large, maybe what they consider a suite? It had a small seating area, the bed area with 2 nightstands, a desk and chair, a TV, a mini fridge and microwave, and a large soaker tub that could probably fit 2 people. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, it was quite springy and non-supportive, and the pillows are small. The hotel has been somewhat updated, the flooring is laminate, and the bathroom vanity is updated. Some other parts of the room showed their age. The shower was a small standup shower, but the water pressure was fine. We had the free breakfast both morning we were there. It was the same offerings both days, but was quite good. We certainly left feeling full. Breakfast is offered 4:30-9:30 on weekdays and 4:30-10:30 on weekends. We have no complaints, really. It was a comfortable stay and good value for money. We would stay again.

The room we were given was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The desk clerk worked very hard to find our missing reservation from a third party and would not give up until the problem was resolved. Great job!! The following morning we were welcomed by a fantastic breakfast. The last motel we stayed in was rated almost the same as this Sleep Inn, but the rating was not deserved. The breakfast at Sleep Inn was about as perfect as one could be with just about all taste accommodated for. I even received a personal tour of the available breakfast options from Sue, the Breakfast Attendant. She oversaw everyone's needs and was a delight to meet with.
